Students at YCC

Here at York City Church we are committed to seeing culture impacted and transformed by the gospel. This means that we believe that the message of the Bible can and should be a positive influence both on the city of York as a whole and on it’s students. The implications of this are amazing. It means that Church is somewhere to be involved in a wider family, getting to know people of different ages and backgrounds.

It means that Church is somewhere to serve faithfully, seeing lives changed by the love of Jesus. And it means that Church is somewhere to go deeper in your understanding of what God’s plan for your life is. This isn’t just about attending, it’s about being part of God’s global plan and being like David, who the Bible tells us “served the purpose of God in his generation” (Acts 13:36)
