York City Church is a vibrant and growing church of all ages. Our vision is to impact
and renew York with the transforming message of Jesus Christ, both through proclaiming
his gospel and living out our faith through lives of grace, mercy and love.
We meet weekly on Sunday’s right in the heart of the city, where we have an outstanding team of musicians
who lead us in worship, powerful and life-changing preaching, and a fantastic volunteer kid’s
work team to serve young families. All are welcome, so come and join us as we worship Jesus

The Alpha Course
The Alpha Course is series of 10 weekly sessions aimed at helping you to find out for yourself what Christians believe and whether it makes sense. Our next Alpha course starts in October and will be held at Trinity Methodist Church in Monkgate. -
Students
At York City Church we want to see students impacted by the gospel, getting saved and discipled and equipped through the teaching of biblical truth. We desire to see students living in step with the Spirit, becoming radical and active members of the church and becoming people of influence within this generation. -
